Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using WallpaperFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About the service

WallpaperFlow is an online tool that generates 4K wallpapers from text prompts. Output is provided as digital downloads. We do not guarantee that every prompt will produce a usable result.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

WallpaperFlow offers paid subscription plans. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

5. Credits and usage

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated. Unused credits expire at the end of each month.

6. Content and ownership

You may use generated wallpapers for personal or commercial projects. You may not resell the generation service itself, use automated scripts to mass-produce images, or use the service to create illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

7. Prohibited use

• Generating illegal, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the service.
• Sharing accounts or reselling access.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of liability

WallpaperFlow is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
